The things a listing photo won't tell you. Each one is a number or a direction you can check yourself.
- The actual tax bill The estimate on a listing isn't the bill. We look up the real one before that number goes in your budget.
- Which way the backyard faces A yard that faces west gets the hot sun on July afternoons. You won't feel that on a tour in March.
- The drive at 7:30am We check the commute at the hour you'd make it, not on a Sunday afternoon.
- The HOA line Dues and what they cover, so the payment quote matches what you'll pay each month.

Why we're called Live AZ Co.
My godfather grew up on Long Island and worked for many years as a stockbroker. He had a mentor he looked at as a father figure. I asked him once for the best advice he ever got. He told me what that mentor said to him: find out where you want to retire, and live there.
So he did exactly that. He left Long Island and moved out West before he retired.
I named our company for that advice. For me, the answer is Arizona. What's yours?
