About Live AZ Co
Find out where you want to retire, and live there.
That's the advice our company is named for. I'm Josh Hogan. Here's where it came from, who you'd work with, and how we help people move here from out of state.
Why we're called Live AZ Co
The best advice my godfather ever got.
My godfather grew up on Long Island and worked for many years as a stockbroker. He had a mentor he looked at as a father figure. I asked him once for the best advice he ever got. He told me what that mentor said to him: find out where you want to retire, and live there.
So he did exactly that. He left Long Island and moved out West before he retired.
I named our company for that advice. For me, the answer is Arizona.
The way I look at it, the point of that advice is timing. Most people treat the place they'd pick as something to wait for. You don't have to. Already know your answer is here? Then what's left is the city, the neighborhood and the house. That's the part we help with.

Who you'll work with.
Jacqui and I work every file together, from the first call to closing day. We do the video tours while you're still back home. When you fly out, we walk the homes with you. So no one hands you off halfway through your move.
Josh Hogan
Principal
I run the plan, shape the offers and do the negotiating. And I'll walk you through the math on any house you like.
Jacqui Shoffner
Principal
Jacqui leads the prep work and how a home goes to market. She's a steady guide through each choice you'll make here.
Suzie Manchester
Transaction coordinator
Suzie keeps the contract dates, papers and updates on track once you're under contract. That matters more when you're running the move from out of state.
Our brokerage
A team at Real Broker.
Live AZ Co is our team name. We're brokered by Real Broker AZ, LLC.
What does that mean for your move? Say you haven't sold back home yet, and you don't have an agent there. We can refer you to one through the Real Broker network. And if your answer ends up outside the East Valley, we'll refer you to an agent there, too.
